First floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, two bedrooms: one double, one single plus pull out bed.

Oil central heating, woodburner in lounge, colour TV, DVD player, video, dishwasher, microwave, use of washing machine and tumble dryer, shared lawned garden, courtyard, garden furniture, off road parking for two cars.
